Meet Our Director!
Karen Thibault is the Director of the Green House Village Preschool and Early Childhood Services of The Courageous Steps Project. Karen is a founding member of the Green House Village Preschool in late 2020 with Connor and Lynn Faerber.
As director, Karen's job is to lead the day-to-day operations of the program and focus on leading the vision of the services we provide inclusively across the board. ​
More About Karen
Karen has been in the profession for over 30 years. Throughout the years, Karen is a member of NAEYC and its affiliate MaineAEYC. She graduated in 1985 from the University of Maine with a B.S. in Early Childhood-Family Relations. In addition, Karen was awarded the Courageous Steps Project's 2023 Supporter of the Year Award for her support and commitment to our mission and vision.
